The second "Doctor Who" was played by Patrick Troughton from 1966 to 1969 and was a younger version of the doctor who exuded a fierce intelligence. He managed to freeze the "Cybermen" into their age-old tombs. However, after being tried by "The Time Lords" for interference, he was forced into exile.
