Jason Stratham nearly died in a car accident whilst filming "The Expendables 3" (2014). The brakes in his car stopped working during a scene involving a lorry. Statham steered his car away from the oncoming lorry and into the sea. Luckily, he was able to escape from the car and swim to shore! A close shave!
