George Clooney can count himself lucky! He injured his back so badly whilst on set filming "Syriana" (2005) that he needed spinal surgery. He confessed in an interview with "Rolling Stone" magazine that he had been in such agony that he even considered committing suicide, saying that it had got to a point at which he had thought, "I can't live like this". Luckily, the handsome actor is now better!
