Heath Ledger played the "Joker". Heath also starred in numerous other films such as"10 things I Hate About You", and "Brokeback Mountain". Heath Ledger died on 22nd January 2008 from an overdose of painkillers and sedatives at only 28. He won an Oscar posthumously for "Best Supporting Actor" for his performance as the "Joker" in 2009.
