Charlie Sheen was kicked off the show in 2011 because of substance abuse problems and a conflict with the show’s creator and producer Chuck Lorre. Sheen took to the internet and created a video, in which he was probably intoxicated, and threatened Lorre, calling him “…a little worm”!
