After appearing in "Clueless", she became one of Hollywood's most famous actresses and starred alongside Angelina Jolie in the film "Girl, Interrupted", playing a mentally disturbed young woman. She died in 2009 from pneumonia and a mixture of prescription drugs she had taken for it.
