Jim Carrey is a great comedian and actor - but at the Oscars, humor doesn't seem to be in high demand. Carrey was never nominated for an Oscar. Not even his more serious roles in films like "The Truman Show" or "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" were considered for a nomination. Pretty bad luck...
