After leaving the series she appeared in various TV series and independent films. She also appeared on stage in the theatre production of the film "Steel Magnolias" in 2012. She starred in "American Beach House" in 2015 and secured an impressive second place in the dance competition TV series "Dancing with the Stars" in 2016.
