“Titanic“, released in 1997, tells the story of the passengers travelling on the cruise liner Titanic. The ship sank after a collision with an iceberg in 1912 during its maiden voyage and 1.500 people met their deaths. Until 2009 “Titanic“, directed by the visionary James Cameron used to be the most successful film of all times until I was replaced by “Avatar“, also directed and produced by Mr. Cameron. “Titanic“ was awarded with – believe it or not – eleven well-deserved Oscars!
