At the age of 22, the former child star started taking methamphetamines and became addicted. She had to be hospitalized in 2005 and afterwards went to rehab. Today she is clean. In her autobiography „Unsweetined” she opens up about her serious drug abuse. The actress is married for the third time and has two children. She too, is part of the "Fuller House"-cast.
