After the fourth season, Shannen quit the show. Allegedly, there had been some tension and fighting on the set of the popular series. After “90210“, Shannen Doherty had parts in movies and different TV shows. She caught a break in late 1997, when she was cast with Alyssa Milano and Holly Marie Combs to star in the hit show “Charmed”. In 2015, Doherty was diagnosed with breast cancer, which had already sprea to her lymph nodes. Doherty underwent chemotherapy and radiotherapy following surgery. She announced in April of 2017 that the cancer was in remission!
