Conlin studied at NYU's Tisch School of Arts and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre. Whilst studying she appeared in several theatre productions at Stonestreet Studios Conservatory and the Atlantic Theatre Company. After studying she relocated to Los Angeles and starred in the ABC drama "MDs". She will playing "Sarah Nguyin" a New York Times journalist in the period drama "Yellowstone", which will premiere in summer 2018.
